Ground shipping is free anywhere across Canada with orders of $50 or more. All orders under $50 will include a $15 shipping fee. This charge includes delivery to any province across of Canada.
PLEASE NOTE: Unfortunately at this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
All orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within Canada. Order processing usually takes 2-3 business days. Estimated transit times are based on orders placed between Monday-Friday. All orders are shipped via Canpar standard delivery service, which usually takes anywhere between 3-7 business days depending on your location.

We understand that a product not meeting your expectations can be upsetting. We offer free returns and/or exchanges for our products within 30 days of product receipt for item(s) purchased on beautywishes.ca. Products purchased from our retail locations should be returned to the original place of purchase. Please note that returned merchandise must be unopened or gently used.
To start your return or exchange contact our customer service via the Contact Us page. You'll need to provide the email address associated with your purchase, or your order number and the shipping postal code, as well as the reason for return or exchange. Next, you'll receive step-by-step instructions from one of our associates on how to proceed with the order return. Make sure your items are securely packaged before they are picked up by a Canpar delivery driver.
After your return has been completed and the items are delivered back to our warehouse, the original payment will be refunded in full within a week.
PLEASE NOTE: Only unused products in original packaging can be returned. In the event that a product is received damaged, replacement or refund will be issued. All exchanges are shipped within 1-2 business days at no additional cost.
